ARTISTS:

ANDRE KAN is a Toronto based painter. Since graduating from the Ontario College of Art & Design University in 2014, he continues his creative pursuits as an Artist, Photographer, Curator, Producer, and Musician. His paintings have been showcased throughout Canada with permanent collections in the U.S and China.

Enlivened by his interest in spatial structures and interconnectivity, Kan’s paintings serve as excitable blueprints for a possible reality. Each work depicts the artist’s signature imaginative building blocks that converge and begin to build upon each other- strengthening each other towards an ever transforming space. With his dynamic formations, Kan propels us towards an ever optimistic future where new connections and constructions have yet to materialize.

CARMELA CASUCCIO has exhibited her work widely in the Toronto area and in selected galleries in the United States and Europe. Her paintings can be found both in galleries and private and corporate collections internationally.

“Surrounded by the energy of Toronto, buildings have become my vocabulary as I attempt to tell both internal and external city stories. Colour, texture and shape add depth to these stories, and the scope and state of growth provide the narrative. Viewers can peer deep inside the buildings I create and find worlds all their own. They are the interpreters of this language I need to share.”- Casuccio, 2016
